HOW TO ORDER

 

 

Standard Shipping Rates

Our Standard Shipping & Handling Rates for Addresses within the United States and its Territories are as follows:

1 Day and 2 Day Shipping Rates
Expedited Delivery Options:

· 2 Day Transit: $12.00 additional charge per address
   (example: $6.50 standard plus $12 2DAY = $18.50)

· 1 Day Transit: $18.00 additional charge per address
   (example: $6.50 standard plus $18 Overnight = $24.50)

 

Shipping Service Options:

Standard Shipping

If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within four to seven business days, plus 1-2 days processing time.

If you are experiencing an extra-long waiting time for your order to arrive, please email us at service@babyyaya.com.

1 Day and 2 Day Transit

1 Day and 2 Day Transit options are available for an additional charge for orders being sent to addresses within the United States. Please note that the order processing time of one to two business days should be added to 1 Day and 2 Day Transit times.

International Shipping

We use the US Postal Service to ship products outside of the United States. International orders may take as long as four weeks to arrive. Once you place your order for delivery outside of the continental U.S., we will calculate the additional shipping charges and send you an e-mail requesting your authorization to add the charges to your order total. Upon receipt of this confirmation from you, we will ship your order. You (the consignee) are responsible for any applicable duty or other customs fees.

How to place an Internet order:
 

How To Add and Item to Your cart:

To select an item, click the Add to Cart button and the product will be added to your shopping cart.

  1. Check that the item you selected on the previous page is listed in the box.
  2. Make a choice for each available option, such as a size and/or a color.
  3. Type in how many of the item you would like.*
  4. To return to where you were shopping, click on Continue Shopping. You can return to your shopping cart by clicking View cart on the navigation bar.
  5. If you are done shopping and wish to process your order, click on Checkout.

* To add a second unit of the same item but with different options, click on Continue Shopping, specify the different options for the item and add the item to the cart again .

How to Remove an Item from Your Shopping cart:

  1. Select View cart/ Order from the Menu Bar.
  2. Find the line item you wish to delete.
  3. Click on the little trash can next to the item.
  4. Click Go to Checkout to process your order now, or continue shopping as desired.

How to Finalize your Order:

  1. Select View/cart Order from the menu bar.You may change the quantity of an item or remove an item by typing in the change and clicking on Update or Remove.
  2. Click on Go to Checkout. Review the contents of your cart. If everything is as you want it, click on Continue Checkout.
  3. Enter your complete billing address for the credit card you plan to use. All of these fields are required. This information helps us verify your credit card information. Note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Click Continue Checkout.
  4. If you wish to to ship your order to a different address (your office or to a gift recipient) enter that shipping address. If billing and shipping addresses are the same, simply click Continue Checkout
  5. Choose a Shipping Method. Standard shipping is via U.S. Postal service or Ground UPS. Additional charges apply to the expedited shipping methods as listed as well as to international orders.
  6. Enter your credit card expiration date and account number.
  7. Review the order information to verify accuracy. Select Place Order.
  8. If your order was processed successfully, you will see a receipt including all order details, including an order ID . Please print this page for your records.

After you have submitted your order:

If your order is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation page that will confirm that your order was successful. You will also receive an immediate e-mail confirmation listing the items you have purchased, the amount your credit card will be charged, and your order number. Please note the order number, as it will be used in any correspondence regarding your order.

Missing order or confirmation:

When you place an order with babyyaya.com via the Internet you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You should receive this confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped, usually within one to two days. If an item on your order is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail notifying you when the item will ship.

If you do not receive an order or shipping confirmation page:

There maybe several reasons why you have not received an order/shipping confirmation. If you did not get an order confirmation page after submitting your order, we did not receive your order. Please try to place your order again either through the Internet or by calling our customer service number (1-323-461-2205).

If you do not receive an order or shipping confirmation e-mail:

If you did receive an order confirmation page, but did not receive an order or shipping confirmation e-mail, we may have had a problem contacting you via e-mail. Please call our customer service phone number (1-323-461-2205) or e-mail us at service@babyyaya.com. In your e-mail message please provide us with your complete ship-to name and address, e-mail address and order confirmation number. Please make sure your e-mail address is complete -- e.g. emmasullivan@aol.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours regarding the status of your order. If you have any additional questions or comments regarding a possible missing order, or if you never received a confirmation, please call us toll-free at 1-323-461-2205.

Checking on the status of your order:

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will generally be shipped within one to two business days of receipt. We will also notify you if the product you ordered is out of stock and when we expect to ship it to you. Please note the shipping times below are in addition to the 1-2 days processing time noted above.

Standard shipping:

If the products you ordered are in stock, in most instances we will ship your order within one to two days after receiving the order. If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order should arrive within four to seven business days via the United Parcel Service (UPS).

Overnight and Second-day options:

Express and second-day shipping options are available for an additional charge for orders being sent to addresses within the United States. Please note that the order processing time of one to two days should be added to overnight or second-day shipping.

International shipping:

We use the US Postal Service to ship products outside of the United States; international orders may take as long as four weeks to arrive. You will receive e-mail verification of the method of the shipment of your order and the cost of shipment. You may then confirm or cancel your order.

Additional information about your order:
